Rhea Stoddart serves as the business manager and lead educator at 911 Nurses GTA, guiding our growth and fostering strong, lasting partnerships with healthcare clients.
Rhea’s educational journey is as inspiring as it is impressive, with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McMaster University and a Master of Science in Nursing in Leadership and Management from Walden University. Her career has spanned a variety of critical roles, from frontline experience in emergency and intensive care units to leadership positions such as Patient Flow Manager, Clinical Support Manager, and Hospital Service Coordinator.
What truly sets Rhea apart is her deep commitment to the development of our clinical staff. She is passionate about providing evidence-based, cutting-edge educational resources that empower our team and ensure we deliver the highest standard of care. Jumali McFarlane is the distinguished leader behind 911 Nurses GTA, bringing over sixteen years of public sector experience and a strong background in human resources and back-office management. Throughout his career, Jumali has held pivotal roles within the provincial government, working across various ministries and gaining an in-depth understanding of the complexities of public service.
As the driving force behind our company’s strategic direction, Jumali combines his vast experience with a compassionate, people-focused approach.
